I would not take my Honda anywhere else for service. The employees are always courteous and respectful--especially Don Duram. He carefully and thoroughly explains the service needed and the costs. He tells me if it is safe to let the particular issue wait, or if it should be fixed promptly. I trust him totally, and the mechanics who work on my HOnda.

The purchase of our new Honda Accord at Germain Honda went very smoothly. Our salesperson, Luis Downey, was very personable and knowledgeable and did an excellent job of demonstrating the many excellent features of the vehicle and (as requested) test drove the car under a variety of different road conditions (freeway, unpaved roads, city streets).
