Heather was wonderful to work with. Even though she was very busy during the times we were there, she was an extremely capable multi-tasker and always made us feel that we were important to her. She was never pushy. She was friendly and honest and helpful. And kinda funny! I would definitely recommend Heather to my friends. :-)

Very good experience.. I recently purchased a car from Germain and was treated very well. I worked with rob and was very happy, when rob was not there I was helped by Jeff, the gentlemen that sits next to him. Even though I was not buying the car from Jeff he still treated me like I was his own customer. When it came to pricing Jason the sales manager introduced himself and helped us finish up the sale with a very fair price. Will send my friends to Germain.

Purchasing a new car can be both time consuming and stressful. Before I stepped into any dealership I did my research on a few makes and models. I made my choice on a Honda Civic based on trade journal ratings, owner reviews and my past experience. I also did research on fair market pricing and dealer costs. Luis, Jason, and Jonathan were all very helpful and friendly. Luis listened carefully to what we wanted and made suggestions that would help us get the Civic we wanted at the best value possible. He and Jason gave us a great deal on a 2013 Honda Civic EX. Jonathan did a great job presenting us with financing, extended warranty, tire protection, and gap insurance options, but he did not give us the hard sell. This was our first time visiting Germain Honda and it was a very pleasant experience. Luis helped us select the perfect vehicle for us. What I noticed and what stood out during the various times at Germain was the teamwork among the employees. I was in sales before I retired and it was enjoyable to watch the interaction. When Luis was busy with another customer, Jason stepped right in. Luiz is a great guy, very friendly to both my wife and I, and was very informative and accommodating thru out the whole process of buying our new CR V. Cliff took very good care of us also with the finance part of buying, I've known him for many years.
