Great experience! I had heard that Germain Honda was the best in Ann Arbor and the dealership definitely met my expectations. I purchased a certified pre-owned CR-V. Our family experience with Germain Honda & Luis Downey Our experience at Germain Honda has been fabulous so far. Amazing Service I came to Germain Honda looking for a new Civic to replace my old 1998. I was greeted by Jason and Jeff. They walked me thru the whole process with crystal clear answers to all my questions. They fitted me in a 2011 Civic to replace my 98. They answered by annoying calls over and over with every little question I had and made this buying experience very easy on me. I would DEFINITELY recommend Germain Honda, and ask for Jeff or Jason!

Fast, Friendly, Efficient I came to the dealership on a Tuesday evening with a price quote from my insurance company, USAA. I met with Kent Hepler who verified that price and we arranged financing. I wanted a two wheel drive CRV because we are in Florida for the winter. He said he would find one for me, asked me to pick three possible colors, and called in two days with my second color choice. Good experience all around Bob was very helpful in finding us a car that fit our needs, and made sense for us long-term. He was also honest about the cars for sale on the lot, and other competitors' options. We ended up buying the second car he showed us, based on his recommendations. And the price seemed very fair.

Very good service - please with our purchase Bob was very helpful right from the start - coming out to greet us in the parking lot and suggesting different models based on our needs. Stress Free Purchase We came in to test drive certified pre-owned models and were very taken with one model. Jeff's friendly, laid back and honest approach to the whole thing made us (typically nervous buyers) comfortable enough to purchase on the same day.
