Good Job! I give Germain Honda an excellent score on all fronts for helping us find the car that was the best 'Fit' for us. My partner and I spent several hours at the dealership test driving cars, and we never felt pressured or rushed. My first car in 20 years! I pulled in the Honda dealership parking let to get out of traffic. Bob came out to greet me even though I was driving a very old rusty car. He made me feel very comfortable right away. I saw a car on line that I was interested in he took me right to it. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision about the car. New Car Purchase Great experience on a new 2014 Honda CRV. Everyone from top to bottom was great. Luis Downey was a really nice and knowledgable salesman.
