Pleasant and strss free experience Rob was knowledgeable and helpful, at the same time not presenting as the usual pushy car sales. That made the buying process smooth and stress free.

Excellent automobiles, excellent service I'd been looking forward to the 2015 Honda CR-V. I was excited when Germain Honda had my desired color & trim in stock. I've bought 2 other Hondas from Germain (Howard Cooper) and have brought 3 other folks who've also bought Hondas from Germain (Howard Cooper). I also get my Hondas serviced only at Germain Honda. Great experience Dean is a great person to work with. He was very nice and patient. I had an wonderful experience buying my Fit. He made me feel very comfortable and no pressure at all throughout the purchase.

Good service for the life of the vehicle Evan and Glenn were great to work with when I bought my CR-V. They gave me all the options and none of the pressure to get any of them. I have been bringing my 2008 Fit to Germain (Howard Cooper) Honda for service for six years and can also attest to the professionalism and quality work from the Service Department. A great experience all around!

Purchase of 2015 Honda Pilot On Monday, I stopped in to look at the Honda Pilots in stock. I had never even ridden in one. Luis Downey (sales) asked what my needs were for my new vehicle. From this, he suggested the EX model. I test drove it, liked it, and started the process to purchase it. My wife and I returned on Tuesday, completed the paperwork and drove off with our new Pilot. Worth the drive to Ann Arbor From first contact through the sales process this was an excellent experience. Krystal Smith responded right away to my inquiry on Cars dot com. She was helpful with information and set-up an appointment for us to see the Honda Element we were interested in. We had an hour drive and arrived before the dealership opened. The right car for me I appreciated working with Rob Parm who found just the right car for me, a 2012 Nissan. He was thoughtful and took the time for me to get used to the car. I appreciated that everything was completed in a timely way, considering it was on a weekend. I would have liked a little more clarity on the service contract through the finance department.

Tire problem fixed Heading out of Ann Arbor today and my tire was going flat. Even with no likely hood of me being back got us in looked at plugged the tire and didn't even charge me. I'd definitely use them if I were local.
