New lease I've worked with Kent Hepler for a number of leases for both myself and my wife. Kent has done an outstanding job. I enjoy working with him. On this occasion, when I stopped in at the dealership, my purpose was only to inquire about the termination of my existing lease. Kent told me that he could put together a deal I couldn't refuse. Very good experience We were impressed with the entire staff at Germain when we purchased our new Honda Civic. Bob answered all questions clearly and straightforwardly, and did a good job of presenting all of our buying options. In the end we found a great deal in a new 2013 Civic that was still on the lot, and had been marked down. It came with some nice extras, and we felt we got a good deal from a great dealership to work with.

New Honda CRV Evan was very helpful and you could tell as soon as you walked in the front door that the customer service was excellent. There was no pressure and we were told several times that they wanted to be as transparent as possible.

Long process but really happy with the Fit! We worked with Evan to select our new Fit, and when it was slow coming in, he got us a loaner (our other car, a 2000 Honday Oddyssey, had finally died after over 250,000 miles!). We ended up using a loaner for almost 2 months while waiting for the Fit. It was worth the wait!! And it wasn't a tough wait because we had another great Honda to drive while we waited! Really happy with Germain Honda.

New car buying experience Luis Downey was the sales associate that we worked with when we bought our 2014 CRV. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions knowledgeably. He gave us as much time as we needed to make our decision and We never felt rushed or pressured. The vehicle was well prepped when we picked it up. Luis was very through when he gave us the vehicle introduction. It was a great experience!
