good response to customer complaint Update Nov 6th 2014: Apparently the dealer has noticed this post and I received my refund immediately. Well, maybe its not that bad. Consider how fast it respond to customer rating, I will give it a 3 star instead of 1. Do not expect any customer service after you purchase a used car from this dealer. Excellent folks , Excellent attitude ! I have worked with Evan Carrier for my daughters 2104 Civic as well as the latest 2014 CRV. He's a excellent person & understands customers needs very well . First Car from a good Dealer!! 2012 Honda Accord EX-L is my first car and i am happy i got it from Germain Honda. I took about 3 weeks to select this car, throughout the 3 weeks they were very patient and helpful in getting me the right car of my chice. I worked with Heather Defoe, she is an excellent sales person. Even though i am a little new to Ann Arbor, i bet they are the best dealers in the area.

First new car in a while I have owned 12 new cars in my life so far; most were purchased through an employer plan. The sales staff at Germain treated me well and were able to quote me an acceptable price. The car was delivered clean, full of fuel, 100% functional and so far flawless. They exceeded my expectations and the product speaks for itself (2014 CRV EX).

Best dealership experience in town! With a list of 8 different cars I was interested in, I had to visit several different dealerships in town.
