Excellent experience Being a new driver, I chose Germain Honda, as all my friends recommended them to me. The staff was very helpful. They go out of your way to make your purchase as smooth as possible. I would especially like to thank Kristal, who went out of her way to pick me up (since I had no transport), Robert Kimberly, for giving me honest advice and guiding me throughout the whole process and Cliffton, for making the paperwork so easy. "Great deal" I contacted other dealerships and got the best price of the Honda Odyssey EXL at your dealership. Luis Downey was friendly, and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. Great purchase experience Customer service was exceptional - Bob Kimberly and Clifton Elasivich were memorably patient, friendly and personable, knowledgeable, prompt, respectful and kind. Both had superb communication skills and a sense of humor, and offered valuable advice. I had planned on purchasing a used car, and left with a brand new - and very beautiful - Honda Civic EX.

How All Car Purchases Should Be Found a great car online at Germain, a Honda Fit with low miles. Saw Evan Carrier's reviews and decide to work with him. My wife visited the dealership on her lunch hour and unfortunately Evan was not there that day. However, Dean Schultz was able to answer her questions and set up a test drive.
