Great experience I was really pleased with the treatment at Germain. Jeff Williams did a great job on the sale and Glenn was excellent to work with on the finance side. I appreciate the transparency with which the dealer posted the Kelley Blue Book information and the fact that my trade in was honored at the correct value. There was no need to haggle because the pricing was fair and clear.

High Recommend! This was my first time buying a car. I really had little to no idea what I was doing. Evan and Clifton were great in explaining every little step to me, as well as explaining the reasoning behind why certain things were so. They could have easily taken advantage of me, and I feel like I truly got a great car at a great price with very little hassle! I highly recommend this dealership, as well as commend the employees I had the pleasure of working with on a job well done.

excellent Wonderful staf, wonderful customer service. They were patient with my kids, even with my two oldest trying to catch my two year old. They made everything so easy, fast and smooth. Luis Downey showed he truly cared about my happiness. He even checked on me several times after the purchase to make sure I was still satisfied. Awesome staff and service!!

Great experience Overall I had a great experience at Germain. Luis was great, being month end and a busy day I don't think he pressured me in making a decision. Both Luis and Jason gave us enough time to think about the price and let us shop around. The finance manager walked me through the lease and explained the terms in detail and didn't pressure us in buying any optional packages.

Easy/Fast/Strait Forward Buying Experience I had a great experience at Germain Honda. This is the second used car I have purchased from this dealership. This is a non pushy strait forward sales team. I worked with Rob and Jason. I was able to trade in two cars and take one home within a matter of hours. They even gave me a ride back to my house to pick up my second car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car with a non pushy strait forward sales staff.

Great Experience I was very pleased with Germain Honda, specifically my used car salesman Bob Kimberly and finance manager Glenn. We visited 5 dealerships looking for the perfect used car, and ultimately came back to Germain because of Bob. We found him to be very honest, informative and very on top of everything.
