Our 7th Honda! We have always gone to Howard Cooper/Germain for our 7 Hondas. We have passed them along to family members along the way! Brian, who had only been at Germain for 2 months, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If there was something he didn't know as a new member on staff, he promptly found out the answer! Wonderful service, extremely friendly! Our salesman, Evan Carrier, was an absolute delight to work with. Very knowledgeable and no hassle. We didn't feel pressured to buy, however once we decided to proceed, he made the process extremely efficient. Financing through Germain, with the help of Clifton, was a straightforward and uncomplicated process. We would definitely purchase from Germain Honda in the future.

Great Experience Sales staff and financeing staff were very helpful and up front. They did all they could to get us the vehicle we wanted and have it available to take home the same day. This meant them staying past regular business hours to finish things up. Highly recommend this dealer for service and availability of vehicles.

Absolutely awesome experience! Evan Carrier was great - he answered all of my questions and got me into the perfect Odyssey. I highly recommend this dealership! Fantastic experience! The staff here is wonderful! I had specific criteria I needed to be met and they made it happen. They really care about the customer. Quick and easy Had a great experience with Evan Carrier. He is very good at what he does, he's natural and not at all pushy or phony in the way that some salespeople can be. Our transaction was passed along seamlessly throughout the day from sales, appraising our trade-in, financing, service/installation of accessories and back to Evan to hand me the keys - there were no hold-ups, no problems and no unmet promises.
