Great purchasing experience We bought a certified pre-owned Honda Fit from Germain last month. Brian was our salesperson. He was friendly, honest, and helpful - very different from previous salespeople we've interacted with. He made us feel comfortable and at home. They made it happen From the moment I walked in and met Jason Brinkman who directed me to Nicole Watkins the internet advisor, I knew I was in a place where I would buy my car. Luis Downey showed me the car I was interested in and let me know it's features. We took a test drive and came back to discuss the options. Jeff Williams If you come to purchase a car here, ask for Jeff! He's super helpful, very open and honest about rates and the buying process. He is warm and not pushy, which is a huge refresher from past dealership experiences! We came in to inquire about a used car on a late Saturday afternoon, and ended up purchasing it. Best car buying experience ever! When I came to Germain, neither my head or my heart was into trying to shop for a new car. I had just broken up my fiancé a week prior, and the only reason I was getting a car was because my old one needed repairs that I wasn't willing to pay for (wasn't going to pay for a rebuilt engine and a rebuilt trans in a 2001 Chevy Malibu).
