WORST customer service EVER! I went to Germain Honda to buy an HRV. Everything started OK until we had to start the financial process. Luis Downey said he would take care of the paperwork and financing process, then he went on vacation and didn't follow up until after a week! Thankfully, I was able to speak to the business manager Glenn Gottfried. He explained everything very well and made it easy to understand the process. Very professional and helpful staff The experience with Germain Honda was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The sales representative I dealt with was Mr. Downey who went out of his way to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Amazing experience with Germain Honda! i was looking to upgrade my car, and went through many dealerships, the moment I went into Germain Honda I knew I was getting my next car there. I Was greeted by Evan, who's by far the best salesman I've worked with; very polite, very knowledgeable, and was open to answer all my questions (which I had a lot of them, and I feel bad for calling him 100 times a day).
