Excellent Customer Service Kristal was warm, friendly and very helpful. She made the process very pleasant. I will definitely consider Germain Honda the next time we are in the market for a new car.

I keep coming back! This is the second vehicle that I've leased with this dealership and there are a few reasons why I keep returning, even though I now live an hour away. 1) Luis Downey-he's friendly, funny, trustworthy, honest, and very concerned about finding the right vehicle for a payment you are comfortable with. 2) Luis again-this time around, I wanted to upgrade to leather and seat warmers for the winter for around the same payment. Efficient, thoughtful, & Car repair a pleasant experience? If not, switch to Germain Honda of Ann Arbor. Good service and the waiting area is pleasant -- plenty of room, well lit but not too bright, comfortable chairs, TV not too loud, & Zingerman's coffee.

Very Responsive The service team at Honda is always very helpful and courteous. The technician listened carefully to what we had to say and what we thought the problem was. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue and made additional recommendations on how to get the vehicle through the next winter. The car was repaired promptly.

My Honda HRV I was very pleased with the Germain Honda team. Sales rep, Kristin Malik, sourced the vehicle I wanted and was attentive to my needs. She was amazing with her quick follow-up and made my purchase very easy. I am a long time Honda owner (3 CRVs) and the new HRV meets all my needs for a sharp looking, dependable, all wheel drive vehicle. I highly recommend both Kristin and Germain Honda.

good service Car is 2015, under warranty. Thorough check of engine noise that didn't seem quite right. Helpful, courteous contact person. Accomodated my wanting to wait for the car rather than take shuttle.

our 1st honda My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Germain. Most of this was due to our salesman, Evan Carrier. Evan was extremely helpful,friendly and patient. He explained many technical things to us. Being in our 70's, we are not up to date in that area. Our car was ready when he said it would be and he happily explained everything to us again. Everyone was helpful Everyone I dealt with at Germain Honda contributed to making my recent car purchase (CR-V) one where I am very satisfied with the outcome.
