Amazing car leasing experience! Kristin Malik was wonderful to work with and made my experience smooth and stress-free. She took the time to go over all of the vehicle details and answered all of my questions expertly. As a younger female, I've felt pressured and bullied by other dealerships, but this wasn't the case at Germain Honda. Great deals and Glenn was highly knowledgeable about the different finance options.I would absolutely recommend this dealership for future leases/purchases.

Friendly, helpful, and laid back Luis was a wonderful salesperson, very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us and got us a great deal on our new car. Brad was phenomenal to work with! I had a glass shop replace my windshield with a Honda windshield after having a problem with a replacement, aftermarket windshield. To my surprise, the Honda windshield had distortion, but worse in that it was in the middle. My husband saw it too. I felt nauseous driving on sunny days, when it was most perceptible. Friendly, reliable service This dealership provides reliable, friendly service. I've brought three different vehicles here for routine maintenance over a fifteen year period. Some of the same employees have stuck around that whole time, even with a change in owners. They treat their customers well -- friendly, professional, trying to work with your schedule, explaining options, finding work-arounds, etc.
