Best service anywhere I always take my car to the dealership for oil changes. They are fast and friendly and make sure everything is in tip top shape I love getting back into my freshly washed car as well. This time it was so cold outside they couldn't run the car wash, but said come back anytime you want and we will run it through for you once it warms up.

Great Experience We had a wonderful experience working with Jake Morgan an Germain Honda in Ann Arbor. With seemingly endless patience, he worked with us to get a great deal on a new CR-V. The rest of the Germain team, including Joel and Cliffton, were a pleasure to work with as well. We will definitely be returning for our next car purchase.

service I would recommend dealership for service not for car sales. I have not yet bought a car from this dealership due to cost and sales' style that I have found better in other dealerships

Friendly, informative, and personalized. I purchased a Honda Accord this last August from Germain Honda of Ann Arbor this past August from a salesman named Luis. He is one of the most informed and friendly salesmen I've met and that's why my spouse and I leases another car from Germain which is a 2016 Honda Civiv LX.
