Professional and knowledgeable I feel fortunate that Jason was the person that took care of me the day I walked into Germain Honda. He provided me with excellent information and was very professional and friendly. I was nervous about walking into the dealership and was pleasantly surprised to find the experience easy with him as my guide. 21 Years of Sales and Service I have been a customer since purchasing an Accord in 1994. the problem was identified and fixed in 2 hrs total I like that the mechanics identified the problem quickly, had the needed parts in stock and they fixed the car quickly and accurately. I was out of the dealership in 2 hrs and 15 min. I also like that they review other areas that might need to be fixed. Lastly I like that they explain what is wrong and what are they going to do.

Just a quick oil/lube and overall check of my mini-van. The Technicians were fabulous. It was extremely busy (3-cars ahead of me) at 3:30 PM on a Wednesday, but they moved us through quickly (not that important to me - I had extra time) and efficiently. I needed a new wiper blade for the rear window wiper system - they were quick; and did a super job while checking all the other items, and draining and filling my oil.
