Hond Civic Helpful and friendly service crew. No complaints so far. During the last two years, I went in 3 times for regular maintenance services including, tire rotation, oil change, and AC repair.

Great Experience! I was greeted by Jason, who instantly made me feel comfortable in the showroom. He introduced me to Evan, who showed me around and guided me through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering every question of mine patiently. Professional, Fair and Helpful From my initial call to get an internet quote on a 2016 Honda CR-V Touring edition up to the time I drove out of the dealership I had a great experience at Germain Honda of Ann Arbor. Joel Rosentreter the sales manager gave me an aggressive quote over the phone and followed that up with an email per my request. No Integrity or Concern for Safety of Customers Despite the MANY safety recalls incurred by Honda vehicles, Germain has no interest in assisting customers. Was told "don't drive the car" until it was fixed without given any timeframe of when that would be completed. Honda as a whole and Germain specifically do not have the slightest bit of integrity or care for their customers.

Excellence in service - Michael Thiede A big shout out for the Service Department at Germain Honda. The service was fast and professional.
