Excellent buying experience The dealership is obviously serious about customer satisfaction. They have a wonderful children's play area and a very attentive staff. We purchased from them today and can't wait to return for servicing our new to us used Honda Odyssey. Great people. Great service. Great coffee while I waited. Came in for an oil change. Turns out my car had a recall for an air bag. They gave me the oil change. Replaced the air bag. And gave me ten bucks off! Not to mention they were very fast. Was in and out within a half hour or so. I will be returning to that Honda dealer and will be recommending it to my Friends and family. Not to mention they give you Zingermans coffee plus fruit and snacks.

Satisfied Customer I have been in the market for a certified used CR-V for some time. We went in on Friday and Jeff helped us find cars in my price range that were available. They had just gotten in a CR-V in excellent condition, so we decided to go for it. We came back Saturday to finalize, do the financing with Jerome's help, etc. Everything went very smoothly! I am very happy with my new car and very appreciative of the help from Jeff and Jerome.

Good experience buying a used Honda We had a very smooth experience when we recently bought a used 2008 Honda CR-V at Germain. Jeff and Evan were helpful and professional. We had the car inspected by our own mechanic, no problem with that. Everything checked out fine, we felt we got a fair price, and the paperwork was completed efficiently. We don't buy cars often, and we always buy used, so I was a little nervous since I wasn't familiar with this dealership, but we would totally go back in the future. As an internet deal should be !
