Great Price and No Misrepresentations Saw car online at very good price. Drove 3 hours to dealership and signed papers. Car was as represented. Price was as represented. Did not try to manipulate on anything.

Great service, great people! We worked with Jeff Williams who stayed late on a Friday night after traffic made us very late for our appointment. He and Jerome in finance were fantastic and friendly. We also got the exact deal we asked for on our certified Odyssey, extended warranty and all. I highly recommend Germain Honda and Jeff Williams!

Very helpful with little to no pressure Luis, the sales consultant, was very helpful. He gave information and was patient throughout my two visits to the dealership. I have never had such a positive experience at a car dealership. I usually hate every minute but didn't mind it this time.

Best Dealership I Visited I visited a few other dealerships in the area but this one was by far the best. While other made me feel like my business was unwanted, Germain Honda and James Nichols were friendly, fast responding, and helped me into the car that I wanted with ease. Extremely professional and polite staff. I will only buy another Honda from Germain Honda.

Recall repair I have an older model pilot that hadn't been serviced at the dealer. But when I got the notice and called, I was scheduled promptly, treated warmly, and accommodated with a complimentary pick up when it was ready. The also caught an unrelated and potentially dangerous tire condition in the inspection and called me so it could be addressed.

Superb service and great customer care I live far away in Ohio. I found a car that I liked and worked with Phillip Miller. Phillip was very professional, very understanding and extremely helpful. We did the entire deal over the phone, texts and emails. he represented me very well and got me an exceptional deal. he was never ever pushy.
