Car purchase James was great to deal with in my car buying process. He didn't try to pressure me into something that I wasn't interested in. I came in inquiring about a car that they had for sale and the price that I wanted to pay per month. He and the dealership really worked with me and other people that were involved in the process to make that happen. He was also great at answering all of my many questions.

I keep going back. Just got my third car from Germaine. Always have a good experience there. Second time I've bought from Jeff Williams. Evan walked me through the financial stuff fast and thoroughly. Both guys answered ever questions like they haven't heard them 1,000 times! The service department is always great too!

Awesome I Love my CR-V This the first time I have been to a dealership and felt comfortable. Trent was very helpful and knownledgable but was not pushy. He worked with me to get the payments I needed and got a great deal. I traveled for 2 hours to visit this dealer and it was more than worth the drive. I would tell everyone to go see this dealer if they want hassel free looking and amazing customer service.

Great, no-pressure sales experiences with James! My husband and I decided to take a quick look at the Odysseys before deciding how we were going to replace our 12 year old CR-V. James provided us with some information and then left us alone to chat and think it over. His no pressure approach made it easy for us to decide to contact him a few days later to go forward with a purchase. James Nichols was exceptional in helping us! Took a chance to contact James Nichols, a Germain Salesman, by internet. He was very responsive and contacted us through phone, text, and email. Very good experience with Jeff! I found the car online, Jeff was a no pressure experience and after talking with him he sent me an email with additional information and let me take the time. I made the deal with out driving the car because I was 3 hours away but car was exactly as described and in great shape and made the trek home perfectly. Good experience with Jeff I recommend him.
