Walked in on Faith, Walked Out with Keys My wife and I were looking for a new car, because we drove our previous Accord '01 until we couldn't drive it any more (fuel tank leak). Great Buying Experience I was rather dreading the experience of purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. Luckily, I stumbled on this site, Dealer Rater, it pointed me towards Germain Honda of Ann Arbor, they were highly rated, 4.9 and the comments were also encouraging. I was not disappointed, I looked over the cars in the lot and no salesman ran out to harass me. I was lucky to be paired with Bob Dymkowski, I really liked his laid back style. I will be going back. Excellent Service and Sales Person I had the pleasantly surprising sales experience with the lease of my 2016 Honda CR-V this week, largely due to the service I received from Kay Caldwell. Although I had narrowed down my choices to the CR-V and two other vehicles, she was able to negotiate a deal that was comparable for my first choice vehicle, the CR-V. Good service I was seen right away ask what my problem was . Then ask if I was needed a ride. I was called back and told what the problem was and it was fixed and ready for pickup. And if i needed a ride. Good service friendly staff
