The Customer is the Priority. We worked with Salesperson Kay Caldwell initially. She was patient, informative and helpful in every way possible, helping us to choose the right car, over the course of three separate visits. If she did not know an answer, she would say so and would research the answer for us. She never rushed us. Her focus was helping us to choose the vehicle that was right for us. everything went very smooth Luis is a great guy to work with on my new Accord lease, it's about my 10th auto out of this dealership over the past 15 years. No complaints from sale to service, all a bunch of great guys.

First new car in 16 years! Test drove many vehicles and kept coming back to Honda. Love, love, love my new Civic. Bob Kimberly was very helpful in every aspect of the purchase of the car, and explaining all of the bells and whistles! In addition, we love knowing that when the car needs maintenance we can count on Mike Ogden.....he has serviced our other cars for many years. Trust him implicitly. good care and responsive all were good except no car wash. Dean gave me a good care since I stepped into the door. hopefully i would receive a free car wash the next time.

We had an enjoyable time purchasing our "new to us" Accord. This is the 1st car we had purchased from Germain Honda of Ann Arbor, and we found the experience efficient and enjoyable. Our goal that day was to test drive and possibly purchase a 2013 Honda Accord. Kay was very happy to meet us, and helpful each step of the way. Wonderful car buying experience! This is the third Honda we've purchased at Germain in Ann Arbor and the buying experience just keeps getting better and better! Sales staff is great... Service is outstanding... I won't go anywhere else.

Quality, Personalized Service Dean was extremely helpful, as I needed basic oil change/tire rotation, but also to have the under carriage inspected for possible damage due to a rear end collision. He coordinated both and brought me a thorough report. I have always gotten quality service at this dealership where I have been going for nearly 30 years. Dean was extremely helpful in ensuring I left with everything done that was needed and a very reassuring report on the condition of the vehicle.
