Attentive, precise, comprehensive. I went to Germain around the year-end holiday season, at the end of the day. Despite how busy everyone was, I was greeted within a couple of minutes. I explained to Luis I was just starting to shop for a new car and wanted to get a sense of space and size of the model I wanted to look at, and he efficiently showed me the car and let me explore as I wished. Efficient and professional I found my experienc to be entirely satisfactory. My car was completed more quickly than I had anticipated. The personnel were friendly and helpful. I have used the dealership under both ownerships and have been very pleased.

Finanace evades follow up questions In January I bought a used car and a service contract to go with it. Upon reviewing the service contract booklet that I received in the week after the purchase I had a few follow up questions which I emailed to Clifton, who I worked with on the financing and service plan. Over a month later, and countless emails and calls later I have yet to get the answers to my questions. It has been a huge pain and taken up a fair bit of time. Great dealership I brought my car in on monday and they were able to find out what's wrong with the car and fix fast. The staff were also really nice and accommodating to me being that I am in a wheelchair.

Routine Perfect, helpful and fast. The whole process from pull in to payment was effiecent. The waiting area was pleasant and bathrooms clean. The staff was friendly and kind.

Great customer experience Sales manager and sales rep were easy to negotiate with, beat a competitors price and got me a better financing deal than I hoped for. Dealership is clearly focused on establishing long term customers and will work to ensure you are satisfied. I will be returning for my next car and likely my son will also.

Great buying experience Luis was awesome, Helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Third but not last car we will buy from him. Clif was great with the financing. Quick and efficient .

How Germain Honda Service Dept. lost a valued customer Being told that I needed to replace the battery on my 2013 Honda Accord purchased at Germain Honda new only 6 days after the 3 yr. warranty had expired and with only 31,800 miles on the vehicle. This was my third Honda purchased at this location and I felt I should have been given some consideration as a VALUED customer. Phone calls not returned as I was promised.
