Honest and Efficient Excellence. I think the general populace would agree car buying through a major dealership is generally considered a chore. I did a fair bit of research to find a particular year, model and color Honda Civic. Of the three options I found within 100 miles of Lansing, Germain Honda had the best price for the mileage. Friendly, honest and attentive! I came to Germain Honda to buy a new Odyssey, my first Honda. I've bought many new cars before, but no other dealership was as attentive and friendly as Germain. Luis is a fun guy to work with, as well as efficient and a great communicator. He kept in constant contact with me regarding my transaction. I wanted out of my Ford lease early, and he made it happen! Even after the sale, he followed up with me! I've never experienced THAT before!

Painless Purchasing Experience My husband and I came in to purchase a CR-V that we had seen on the lot that we really liked. We talked to him before we came in and he had the vehicle ready for us before we got there. We took the CR-V for a spin and by the time we got back, Evan had the numbers worked up for us. Luis and Jason ROCK! This is our second experience of leasing a car through Germain Honda, and again we worked with Luis Downey (Jason is his manager). Professional, as well as personable, we highly recommend this team. Also had a surprise when we had our insurance switched over to the new vehicle (upgraded to a 2016 CRV, from a 2014 CRV). Best car dealer so far! Our experience with Germain Honda of Ann Arbor buying a new car was very pleasing. Kristal Caldwell was so helping in choosing the perfect car of our needs. She offered us to test drive two different vehicles to decide which of the two was best for us.
