Jeff Williams is AMAZING! A++++ expirience and expediting I went to Germain Honda in Ann Arbor and was looking for a little car for my daughter. Jeff Williams and Chris Pineau went above and beyond to hand select and fit us into a PERFECT, white 2013 Civic. Used Car Purchase Brian and Evan were both so incredibly helpful. They are complete rockstars with customer service and everything a dealership should aspire to be. Wonderful Experience Luis Downey was super friendly and incredibly helpful through six hours of test driving Honda Civics and Accords & negotiating trades and pricing on a holiday. We were very pleased with the outcome and love our new Accord. This was our first experience at this dealership and we will be back to purchase another vehicle for my daughter.
