HR-V Purchase This was the third car I've bought from this dealership, but the first one since it's become Germain Honda. I was really glad to find the same patient, no pressure, and reasonable sales approach in place. The only complaint I would make is that I wish I had been told it might take up to 2 1/2 hours for financing to be found after picking out the model I wanted, or if I had time to wait that long (I know, partly my fault for not saying I couldn't stick around that long).

Absolutely Fantastic Service The team at Germain Honda was absolutely fantastic. I primarily dealt with Jeff Williams, who was very helpful in providing information on the car I had originally come in for ( a Ford Fiesta), and in communicating with me while trying to get approved. When it was determined that the loan type I needed would find my unable to get the Fiesta, Evan Carrier suggested one that was very similar in every way but color to the car I had originally been wanting. Love their service department but not sales dept Great service for years at this organization. Went back to buy a new car twice and got rotten reception and sales treatment. Ended up buying at a different Honda dealership but I go to Germain for service. Can't say enough good things about their service. Can say nothing good about their sales.

Friendly and experienced service Completion of the service was a bit late but I am satisfied. Problem was resolved w/o incurring unnecessary costs. Though there was suspicion the problem happened due to a previous visit, I became convinced that was not the case.

Informative and painless Our salesman Brian was very knowledgeable. He answered all questions we had without hesitation. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. I had been called into work the night we were there. They did a very good job of getting me all taken care of and on my way with my brand new CRV. It was over all an awesome experience!
