Excellant buying experience! Walked into the dealership with one question. It was answered quickly by Evan and there was no additional pressure. Next day I went in for a test drive. The keys where handed to me and I was told to take my time with the test drive. No sales person drove with me. Evan went over the car inside and out and after that I decided to purchase the car. I was new owner in less than 2 hours total time! I would highly recommend Evan and Germain Honda!

Love the Express service! I just love the express service lane and the extended hours! Needed a new battery and was able to get it all done, pulling in around 4:30pm. I was willing to leave the car to have it done the next day, but the staff was happy to just take care of it right then. I "inherited" this car--my first Honda, but will buy my next car there for the service alone!

Honda service Doug was great to work with when I needed to replace my hybrid battery. He arranged a loaner car for me because the battery wasn't in when I took the car in. And he even helped me reinstall my kids car seats when he saw me endless struggling! Fabulous service as always!

Great lease and family friendly sales team Kristin Malik was great to work with. We had our two unruly children with us and she "cut to the chase" and told us what needed to happen and who needed to be there for it to happen ( i.e.: So my husband or I could be with the kids away from the dealership). She is very down to earth and approachable ( which I value a lot in a sales associate). She went above and beyond by bringing the license plates to my house after I had just left the dealership. Accommodating Evan Carrier helped me choose the right CR-V for me and made sure the transaction went very smoothly. A Great Experience I was delighted with the way I was treated when I purchased the car. Both Jonathan McClair and Glen Gottfried were highly professional and really "knew their stuff". And, two days ago when I took the car in for the 5,000 mile check both Don Durham and Ric Parsons did an outstanding job of greeting me , answering my questions and getting me in and out quickly. Pre-Owned Buy I had a great experience with Germain Honda of Ann Arbor on Thursday, October 23, 2015. I found the vehicle I was looking for (Chrysler Town & Country Touring) and the price was ~ $2K less than most other comparable vehicles. Excellent service with competitive pricing The staff are professional and courteous while providing high quality work with very competitive pricing. This was a service visit, but I have a purchased vehicles in the past from Germain Honda with the same impression of the sales and finance teams.
