Easy going! I just bought my first car (certified pre-owned Honda Accord) from Germain Honda. The process was extremely easy and pleasant. Robb was very professional and easy going. Excellent Customer Service Today, I bought Honda Odyssey from this dealership and I was amazed with their customer service from negotiating price till going out the door with brand new Odyssey.
