Luis is the man! Luis Downey will win your business, he is a true professional. I highly recommend him. Joel is a great guy, and Glenn Gottfried and Jim Farkas too. This is a great group to work with,...they will make you happy.

Home Run! Germain Honda simply knocked it out of the park! The entire experience of leasing from start to finish was outstanding. Beginning with salesman, Luis Downey and sales manager, Jason Brinkman and ending with business manager, Clifton Elasivich the experience went smoothly. As a customer, I felt comfortable and unpressured. Customer service does not get any better.

The Times They Are A-Changin’ News flash: it is possible to have a fantastic new car-buying experience! The key: Corky Wattles at Germaine Honda. She is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The entire experience buying the car was fantastic from start to finish. We wanted an indirect, low-pressure sales experience, preferring email communication. Great experience! After looking in many different places for a new vehicle, Evan from Germain Honda was able to get me into a brand new car for a great price. Service was wonderful and process was very quick! I highly recommend Germain, talk to Evan!

NO GIFT CARD...NOW RESOLVED. This dealer advertised a Starbucks gift card for test driving a vehicle several months ago. I test drove a Honda Insight at that time and to this date I have NEVER received the gift card. I called the salesperson, who referred me to his manager (forgot his name), , who sent me a non-working form to complete (after I had already completed the form when I was there for the test drive). Exceptional customer service I was in the market for a used 2012 Cadillac CTS and Germain Honda of Ann Arbor had one that fit my criteria. Upon my first email interaction with Kristal, the guest concierge, I was impressed by her responsiveness and friendly approach. While I did not end up purchasing the vehicle at Germain, it has nothing to do with the staff or my experience; the car simply wasn't the right fit. Best New-Car-Buying Dealership Experience Thus Far Corky Wattles was very helpful and friendly with me throughout my car shopping experience at Germain. She made me feel right at home in the dealership. All of my questions were answered whether it was right there and then or in a followup email. While I mainly worked with Corky, I was also assisted by some very competent employees who made the entire buying process easier than I had anticipated. Absolutely refreshing experience!!! Every person we dealt with during the purchase of our new Honda Odyssey was kind, professional, courteous, and treated us like a person and not a number.
