Fantastic customer service I was in the market for a new Honda Accord EX and I was lucky to find what I wanted at Germain Honda of Ann Arbor. Despite being 1 hr driving distance away, my experience here was well worth the drive. Exceeded Expectations I've been looking for a white Ford Edge for quite sometime now. Bob was awesome! Being previous Honda owners, it wasn't the " brand" that made our experience so pleasant. Honda, in our opinion, sells itself! Our salesperson, Bob Dymkowski, was what made our decision to purchase from Germain. Positive experience I purchased my second Honda Accord from Germaine of Ann Arbor (previously Howard Cooper) today; it was also my second experience working with Jeff Williams. Jeff was professional and personable, and made the transaction a positive one. Fast, Friendly, and Informative Brought in a vehicle purchased five years ago used at this location that had developed some engine problems that were worsening. Reviewed options with the service department and realized it was time for a new vehicle. Worked with salesman and quickly determined what I wanted was an update of my old vehicle.
