Picked up my 2013 Honda Accord EX from Germain Honda in Ann Arbor. I dealt with both Evan Carrier and Clifton Elasivich and both gentlemen treated me with honesty and wanted me to be leave a happy customer. I can say this was one of the greatest car buying experiences I've ever had. The vehicle is amazing and I left feeling I received a very fair deal. I would definitely recommend Germain Honda of Ann Arbor to my friends and family.

I stopped in the other day after hearing a very strange noise coming from my front wheel area. Normally, I go to the Honda dealership in Ypsilanti, as that is where I purchased my Civic and they have been good to me over the years - however, this time, I didn't feel comfortable driving the extra 10 miles to get there. Thanks a lot for Evan's and Clifton's support. My first visit to Garmain Honda of Ann Arbor was when I spent a week after I entered the US from Japan. I wanted to purchase a Honda car which was really good quality and price in the dealer. Thanks to their advice, I picked up a car in a week. I will stay in the US for two years. I also will ask them to sell the car.

I went to Germain looking at a 2013 Honda Ridgeline. I was met warmly and was introduced to Joel Rosentreter. I was shown the vehicle and took a test drive. I was impressed with the Ridgeline, so as always, it came down to price and what was offered for my trade-in, which was a 2012 Audi A4. Awesome Experience. Mark was very helpful all the way. He patiently answered all my questions and did his best to make it a pleasant experience overall. And he always had a smile on his face!
