Only thing I would have suggested was to go over what would be done beforehand. The focus was more on the price rather than what the "B1 Service" notice on my dashboard required and what the service department would then do. Other than that, the service was impeccable. Steve was able to have my car done within 2 hours, and he asked the porter to drive me back to Germaine to pick up my car. The driver (forgot his name) was really nice and friendly. Germain preserves the quality of customer service I had come to expect from Howard Cooper, the former owner. The prices for service have always been a bit high and I have accepted this and had all of the maintenance for my now 16 year-old Honda Odyssey done at HC because of the quality of the work. The fact that this vehicle is still running extremely well with 166,000 miles on it attests to the consistent quality of their work. I've been going to this dealer for service for years and they always take great care of me. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They give me good honest advice that I feel I can trust. Ric took great care of me today even though it was just an oil change. He check all my fluids, tires and battery and got me back on the road quickly. Job well done!

Salesman was very informative, brought in the General Manager at one point. Gave very good price and communicated very well thru the process. He was right on time for the closing and had everything set up. Went over the features of the car very well

I was a little early for my appointment and was taken immediately instead of having to wait for the designated time, which was nice. They checked some things for me that are important for my car to keep running and I feel I got a fair price for the work done. Plus it did not take all that long. I don't remember the person who helped me, but he was very nice.
