Great experience so far from purchase through first service. Joel and Adam were friendly, accomodating, and great to work with negotiating the purchase, and Don in service was patient and explained things well for my first service. Being a "little" picky, they all have been very courteous and took the time to explain things in detail. A++++.

I came to get an oil change for my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. I had a $7 off coupon that I had received in the mail, which made the excessive $44 charge more acceptable. I was in and out using the Express Service in 35 minutes, which was good. I also investigated purchasing a Honda Civic. I was looking for a hybrid but was told by Bob Dymkowski that none were available. I test drove a 2012 Honda Civic. I really dislike shopping for a new vehicle. I was welcomed at a very busy time in the dealership by Evan. His sincerity in making my visit positive was evident right away. Though he was busy with another customer, he asked my interest and made a test drive happen in very short order. Don is a pleasure to work with and he explained the recall and checks well. However, I again had some trouble getting back to the dealer to pick up my car. I didn't need the car the next morning and Dan had advised me I may need to get my own ride back. I couldn't arrange a ride with a neighbor so I took the bus the next morning. This happened before when I had the timing belt replaced, but I was told that someone would pick me up that time. But they were short-handed and I had to find a way there on short notice.
