Both Joel and Dwayne made us feel welcome and instilled confidence in their cars as well as their service department. I had a wonderful experience at Germain Honda. I traveled 90 miles to purchase my 2011 Honda Pilot because the pricing was the best I could find in a 100 mile radius. Jeff Williams provided excellent customer service without being pushy or high-pressure. Andy was able to quickly complete the sale so I could leave at 6:00 pm and take my new car with me. So far it seems that Germain has carried on the helpful friendly service of Howard Cooper. I have been a customer for 25 years. I was a bit shocked when I arrived for my Pilot's 75000 mile maintenance, because I was told there was no appointment scheduled for my car for Tuesday, Nov. 13. I had made the appt the week before. Fortunately service was able to do the job. Good thing. I live in Dexter. Not an easy jaunt into Honda...especially when I have to make arrangements to leave the car for several hours. Joel was straight forward with price(best around). He knew exactly what we were looking for and sent all the information I had requested ahead of time.
