The entire shopping experience was great. I received a decent trade in price for my old car, Adam found the model, features, color I wanted in 3 days, the explanation of the car and features was efficient and complete, follow-up phone call the next day to see if there were any other questions, no pressure, no hard sell, just good service.

These guys are fantastic! I was in a bit of a situation and Jim worked incredibly hard to find me the perfect vehicle to fit my needs, at a price and interest rate I was comfortable with. Awesome experience! Evan was great. Really seemed interested in finding the right car for me. Also, others at the dealership were great as well. One story I have shared with others is when my wife and I went to fill out the paperwork, another sales guy (can't remember his name unfortunately) took my kids (6 and 8 years old) out to the Odessey we were buying and entertained them by showing them all the cool things the vehicle had to offer. Overall buying experience was satisfactory. Ambience of dealership is classy. Dealer Christian Stanowski has been accomodating enough. Only one negative remark pertains to vehicle pricing. Acceptable "Price break" should've have been offered to customers paying in cash. Unfortunately, this was not offered (no motivation to purchase a more expensive car). Christian was knowlegeable enough for this dealership not to go under, he was very careful in offering $$$ breaks.
