Ive frequented this dealership over the last couple of years and to this point didnt really have many complaints outside of you pull in and are rarely greeted upon arrival. However this pass Tuesday I came in to have a tail light repaired. I pre purchased the part myself because was quoted roughly just under 400$ for just one light to be replaced. When the customer called in for the light replacement, the labor quoted was for the bulb replacement for the light. In the recording of the appointment phone call, the attendant did repeat bulb a couple times. Unfortunately, when the customer came in with the part he had purchased, it was the entire light assembly, not just the bulb! The light assembly is a much more laborious job, thus the difference in the labor cost. We apologize that we didn't know the customer was doing the entire assembly.
I needed help with returning my vehicle 2024 Nissan Kicks because I am currently not working, and I specifically told them I cannot make the payments. The help I get is to trade the Kicks for a cheaper vehicle. I cannot make the payments! I need to return the vehicle so I wont get screwed over!

The customer purchased the new vehicle 6 weeks ago, on May 11th. There is no return of a vehicle, let alone a month and a half later! We did tried to help the customer and trade her out of the vehicle for a lesser vehicle, but she declined and only wanted to give the car back. Any transaction would be handled between the customer and lending institution in regards to giving the vehicle back. We are sorry she didnt accept our offer to try to help her.
After declining their warranties several times the Finance Manager reSubmitted my paperwork saying there was a misprint and had me resign real quick knowing I wouldn't re read the contract (which I should have) He added in the warranties I had declined on several occasions, adding over 3k to loan without my permission or knowledge. After visiting many dealerships lately, I was very impressed with the services at Gerald Nissan of Naperville. Our product specialist, Austin, was fantastic. Such a nice guy. Very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He really worked with the sales manager, Luis, to get us a reasonable deal, despite the current climate of auto sales. And the business manager, Jacob, did a great job explaining things without being pushy. I totally recommend this team. Definitely ask for Austin!

I scheduled an appointment to test drive two used cars advertised on dealership's website. The dealership multiple times confirmed the availability of the cars. At the appointment I was quickly informed that both cars failed the inspection and are therefore not available. I would like to give that dealership a negative star rating. They try luring customers into the dealership promising certain inventory. Once they have you there they try selling you the lemons sitting in their lot.

In return to not to negotiate the listed price on cars.com, cargurus.com at $46,360...However, this dealer could have maliciously added "dealer **** up" & "Dealer Prot. pkg" without my consent nor explanations.
