I have the best shopping experience every time I visit Gerald in Naperville. The team over there always treats me as if I were family and they will always give you the BEST deal out of anywhere else. Deen Collins runs an amazing dealership!

I lost the gas cap for my car and had to buy an aftermarket one. Right after this happened my check engine light went on. I had a feeling that it was due to the gas cap situation. I took it to Gerald. They charged me almost $100 to tell me it was the gas cap. I was so angry. The good customer service move would have been to not charge me anything. I now know better. Because of this experience I never again took my car into this dealership. I am now in the market for a new car. Because of that experience I will not go to this... read more

Our new 2016 Nissan has been serviced 4 times so far and every time has been perfect. Always polite and on time. This service department really has their act together. Nice to drive off in a clean car too!

My wife and I had set benchmarks for our next vehicle like mileage, tech/comfort and off road abilities like serious snow. We had become burned out in car shopping. B.J. was fun to work with, and he gave my best friend, who joined me for moral support (my old car was towed to the dealership that morning), just as much attention as he did me. He listened to my concerns, and was understanding about my needs, especially financially, as a single mom. From conversations with the service department team to signing financing paperwork with J.B.
