Worst car-buying experience. Would never recommend buying here.
They gave my husband and I a fair price on our used Jeep Patriot, and when we had some service troubles a few days after our used purchase--they happily fixed our vehicle with no charge. It was so surprising to see someone do something out of good will. It makes me happy to know that there are dealerships out there who break that "used car lot" stigma.

The customer service received from our sales person, Greg Queen was exceptional. He took the time to explain our purchase to us. It was evident he takes pride in what he does because of the quality service he provided. Greg and the sales manager, Jason Allen, assured we were satisfied with our purchase. I bought my car in 2009 from Gerald Nissan and the service that I have received from then till now I will never look at a Nissan, let alone step foot in Gerald Nissan even to get Service Work complete. To begin when I signed a loan agreement with Nissan it stated that my monthly bills should be $209 exact a month. However when I received my first car payment the bill was $209.96.
