We had the best experience with Rodrick! He looked at our old 17 year old water heater and figured out and communicated very well on how the replacement hot water heater would be connected up in our basement. Rodrick is very knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator. He is quite an asset to the Gene Johnson company and we would definitely call them for any of our plumbing needs! Outstanding customer service. Adam came out on a late night emergency call and was just fantastic. He spent a lot of time explaining things and went above and beyond. Highly recommended!!
Great appointment making and confirmation call. Rodnick was cheerful, polite, and explained the problem clearly. He offered options and figured prices of options while here, so I could determine what I could afford. No hard sell, just examples of longer lasting products and options for my situation. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

I had a scheduled appointment between 2 and 5om today. I was called around 4:30 to be told some one was coming but they weren't sure how long it would be. I was called a second time to assure me someone would call me when they were on the way. I was finally called by Edwin to let me know he would arrive in 40 minutes. He arrived within that time. Please note this was over an hour of the scheduled time. Once Edwin took a look at our problem he was fantastic.
Roderick and Trent were on time, respectful and very professional. Our problem was a bit tricky to diagnose (they eventually had to cut into the wall in our garage) and they nailed it. They completed the job efficiently and screwed the sheet rock back in so that you can barely see where they made the cuts. We now have front faucet water pressure that is more like fire hose water pressure--it's great! I would recommend them to anyone.
