Brandon literally saved our bathroom remodels! Our initial GC attempted to do the rough in plumbing for two bathrooms we were remodeling; unfortunately, he was no plumber and we recognized the poor workmanship and had to let them go. We called Gene Johnson Plumbing and Heating because of the company's great reviews and reputation and all the positive reviews are deserved! Who likes to wake up to find their water heater broke and flooded the pantry? All I can say is thank goodness for Gene Johnson Plumbing, and Roderick. The customer service agents were so polite, and could tell I was a little freaked out. They got Roderick over to our place within 30 minutes, and he was fantastic. Rodrick Came to service the furnace in our home. He was courteous, prompt, and efficient. After finishing, there were some residual problems. He came back the following day to fix the issue (on his day off) and got everything squared away. Great Experience!
