I CANNOT say enough good things about you guys!! I manage 40 BnB's in Seattle. I had a guest leave at 10am. No hot water. i call Gene Johnson and they were there by 11am. Kyle gave me my options and in under 3 hours, had a new tank installed and up and running before my next guest showed up at 4pm!! Amazing. Thank you, Gene Johnson and Kyle.

It seems no matter what plumbing is expensive! The two gentlemen that came and helped me fix a burst pipe were great. They walked me thru the project and the costs. They were neat and tidy in their work and finished the job in a few hours. I appreciated their help getting my deck back in order. Very professional and great work. I also got some input on how to get rid of a pesky mole in my yard! Thanks again!

They called me an hour into the three hour window to tell me the technician would not be coming because they were stuck at a job from earlier in the morning. Since they already knew it was taking longer it would have been nice to be given some sort of heads up, since I made arrangements to leave work early.
