We hired Gene Johnson over various firms for a plumbing 'rough-in' job. The home we had just purchased in Bellevue had only one bathroom and that's a problem. :) The house did have a 100 sq. ft workshop on the backend of the garage that we decided to convert immediately to a bathroom suite. We needed to have the plumbing from our home extended over to this workshop. Scheduled an inspection when my furnace died. Waited three days for their tech to come out, then got a call 2.5 hours into the service appointment window stating that they can't work on electric furnaces. Wish they would have told me that on Friday so I could have had another company come out sooner. Definitely avoid these guys unless you want to go without a furnace even longer than you need to!
GJ has served me with competence maintaining my drains for many years. I just had two 50 year old freeze-free exterior faucets replaced. I couldn't be more pleased with the resulting work. Rodrick was right on time, great to work with and resolved a few make-it-fit issues very efficiently. GJ is my go-to plumber.

Adam came to our rescue on a Friday during the Coronavirus pandemic and was able to check then replace our tankless water heater. He went above and beyond ensuring his safety as well as ours and stayed late to ensure the job was done correctly. He also made some appropriate changes to the existing setup without us even asking. I can’t say enough positive things about Adam’s professionalism and ability to communicate effectively. I would recommend Adam and Gene Johnson plumbing is very lucky to have him.
All around great experience, especially given the current Covid-19 crisis. My 23.5 year old gas water heater had just started to leak a little bit. Called at noon, technician arrive by 2, new gas water heater in by 6 with technician staying an extra 30-40 minutes to make sure everything fired up and worked perfectly.
