Recieved excellent service from start to the end of the job. Kept well informed of the emergency replacement of our hot water tank. All workers moved with purpose.
Jose and Renee came within 2 days of my request for assistance with sump pump failure in a normally dry basement (in a rainy stretch.) They explained problem clearly, proposed two possible approaches and researched availability of needed equipment in the first 30min of the appointment. We were able to have two new pumps, modifications to their in ground set up and new appropriately sized hosing completed all in the same day and just in time for the next round of rain!! I called Gene Johnson Plumbing on Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. I was very happy that I’d have my kitchen sink fully functional in 2 days. On Wednesday morning, Tu and Cole arrived at 9 o’clock sharp and very efficiently “diagnosed” our sink and offered us solutions presenting all aspects of each.
