I got such thorough, efficient, and professional service for several plumbing issues this week. Uriah was so helpful in diagnosing problems and he proactively communicated with me about arrival times and delays. He installed new fixtures to replace worn ones and a grab bar in the shower. His attention to detail and obvious skill were impressive. Quick to respond to Saturday emergency to replace hot water heater. Phone staff kept me updated and repairman, Marcus, came by to check job and to insure crew had time to obtain proper replacement heater before supply store Noon closure. Marcus had full day, but got to our job about 4:15pm and done before 6pm. And still jobs to go to. Even though he had much still to do, he spent the time to review the job with me and explain to me the basic operation of the water heater.
