The repair man, Marcus, got to us very quickly when our kitchen sink backed up and almost overflowed. He was professional, polite, and friendly, and just as importantly he was efficient and effective. He saved our Thanksgiving! We will definitely be calling Gene Johnson's again if we ever have a problem.

I had a blocked toilet, due to what I suspected was too much toilet paper flushed down (kids + upset stomachs=much flushing) I attempted to clear the blockage with chemical toilet unblocker and a 3ft toilet auger/snake. I called Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating (AKA Zoom Drain) and spoke to an operator. Last week my furnace started acting up so I needed someone to look at it. Gene made time in his schedule to come take a look at it. He not only figured out what was wrong, he explained exactly what was wrong, and how it disrupted the function of the furnace. He took the time to make sure to not only fix my furnace, but also how to change the filters because I was never responsible for that before. I will definitely call Gene again for any issues I face in the future.
They understand how annoying plumbing issues are and absolutely will fix the problem.
John helped me out with everything I needed and more, from sump pump issues, to a major drain clog, to answering a question about my heating system. He went out of his way to accommodate my work schedule and was pleasure to work with. I’d definitely recommend Gene Johnson and will be using them for any future needs.
