RecommendedMy thermostat broke recently which is really horrible timing with the recent freezing weather. Luckily they were able to come out the same day and give me a quote and fix it for me. Rodrick was super helpful in explaining what the problem was, and he even helped me show me how to program my new thermostat. He even helped me change my furnace filter which wasn’t part of my original request.
We live in Utah but we have a rental property up in Lynnwood Washington. Last Thursday night they experienced a rapid drop in water pressure as well as dirt in the water coming out of the faucets. I immediately called the water company who sent someone out to determine if it was in our line or the water main line. it was the line going to our property down the driveway. We had two hose bibs and a pipe break during the recent cold weather. Jose got everything repaired quickly and with excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Gene Johnson Plumbing and Heating.
Jose and Jesse were so great! They came right out to replace my water heater and were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jose and Jesse.
Adam was absolutely amazing!! He came out in the crazy snow and diagnosed and fixed the leaking issue at our house right away. For an emergency job in that weather, the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Adam and Gene Johnson Plumbing!! Thank you!!
I chose Gene Johnson Plumbing and Heating based on the great reviews I read online. I was happy with them from the minute I opened my front door, until shaking hands and saying goodbye. They were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, conscientious of my carpet and floors, kind, and friendly. I will be calling them again soon!

FANTASTIC SERVICE! My furnace broke 2 days ago in this cold snowy weather and Rodrick P was on time, very polite, and remembered servicing our furnace two years ago, which added comfort to the visit. He quickly assessed the problem and came up with a creative solution to repair and ensure the same thing wouldn’t happen in the future. He went out of his way to show me how to work my thermostat and clean the filters, and even gave me some ideas for other areas of the house that have been problematic.
