Rodrick arrived, quoted, and replaced all the pipes in the bathroom in six hours, and, once my new tub arrives, will be coming back to help us finish the job. Would absolutely recommend.
My plumbing adventure was simple. I needed a new fixture on my kitchen sink and to fix a leak. My technician was very personable courteous and expedient. I appreciated his candor and his time very much. He worked very efficiently. I will use this plumbing service again. And definitely recommend it to my friends.
Was running a little late, but was kept inform from the office of the approximate arrival time. Upon arrival, went right to work, diagnosing the problem and making the needed repairs in a very fast manner. Very friendly and courteous. Would hire them again in a minute if more repairs are required in the future.
Another excellent experience with Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating, with service provided this time by Rodrick Patel. He diagnosed our problem in short order, and then solved it, all the while explaining what he was doing and why. On top of everything, he's quite personable. We couldn't be happier. Our thanks also to Silvia and Ian for responding so quickly to our plea for help.
Aaron Kean is a fabulous plumber. He knew our system better that the group that installed it. He was kind, patient and hard working. Most important he knew what he was doing and had my best interest in mind. He is my "all time favorite plumber"!!!!
No one likes a plumbing emergency, but Woody from Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating made mine seem almost pleasant. Whereas my *former* go-to plumbing company was too busy to help with my backed-up sewer, Woody arrived just an hour after my frantic call. He was cheerful, reassuring, and absolutely competent. It wasn't a small job, but he had me back on line in a couple of hours, and then returned with Trent the next day to install a more permanent solution. Adam was really helpful, thorough, and explained all of my options. I really appreciated the email they sent with his picture ahead of time so I would know who to expect. They were timely and did a great job cleaning up. Gene Johnson Plumbing and Heating is the way to go!
