My furnace died and on the same day - at the appointed time - Adam came to my home. He had everything diagnosed within minutes with all of the good news/bad news. Since I've loathed that furnace since I bought the house 20 years ago, I opted to replace it v. fixing one thing after another. Josh up on time, was quick and efficient in doing my annual inspection and recommended couple of minor repairs I might want to consider. While both could be homeowner fixes, when I mentioned that replacing hoses was not something I would want to do myself, he was quick to talk about my getting the parts and Gene Johnson would be happy to do the work. I appreciated his comments.

Just had Gene Johnson come out for a plumbing emergency. We have used them for our expert plumbing needs for 30 years and they continue to provide great service. Over the years, even as some of our favorite plumbers have moved on to other activities, the people at Gene Johnson have always been prompt, have clearly communicated what they are advising to be done and have completed work with excellent results. Special kudos to Jasen for excellent work on Monday.
