I'm pretty tough on people showing up on time and doing the job in the time allotted and these folks were terrific. Roderick was on time, knowledgeable and worked hard to get everything done.
Gene Johnson was recommended to us by another reputable plumber we know. Our service Rep, Roger, was very professional......arrived on time, diagnosed what needed to be done and proceeded to install a new Kitchen Sink Faucet I purchased. He even was able to use some of the plumbing supplies I purchased. The job was done professionally. Rodrick came on time and explained everything very patiently. He did some extra work we discovered needed doing as well as the piping for my nw gas stove and gas fireplace change. It was expensive of course but I feel good about the wok that got done and happy to have it done fast and all in one day! Roderick was very polite and cleaned up afterward. I would be happy to recommend him and his company!
I was charged $800 dollars for a plumber to come out and fix my clogged toilet and they didn't even fix the clog. The plumber also did not quote me before performing the work. He was half way finished when he finally called me with the price. I was shocked to learn how much it was! Do not use this company. Hire a private handyman or get a quote on thumbtack instead. They also wanted to charge me $800-$900 to buy a toilet from them when you can get the same toilet for $200-$300 at Lowes. This company takes advantage of people... read more

Brandon was so professional and confident how to fix our leaking shower- we thought it was the shower head yet Brandon showed us it was the inner valve. Promptly located and installed the part. Even put on our new shower head! Can't say enough about Brandon and gene Johnson plumbing!!!
