Richard and Josh did an excellent job of replacing some plumbing, which required digging up the ground under our back porch. The only thing I had to do was rebuild the back steps after they were done.

Carlos was by far one of the most informative and professional plumbers I have met with. was very happy with the service and how fast the water heater was installed. The only thing I was not happy about was when called sunday afternoon I expected that they would have a new water heater in stock and install that afternoon. They did not have one in stock and had to go to a hotel that evening. Install was the next day.

Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating is great. Carlos and Manu were professional and efficient. They solved a problem many other contractors were either unwilling or unable to perform. In a very short period time Carlos and Manu determined what needed to be done and did the work right then. They explained what they were doing and provided an estimated price. Brandon was great. Dispatcher got him hear in just over an hour on a Sat. am call. He decifered the unknown leak in a mnute , removed a broken disposal and had on his truck 2 different disposals ready to install. Fixed in little time!

Nice work. Very competent on phone and all professional. Came in a very timely manner. It was a minor repair to them but a huge help to us.
Carlos and his team did a wonderful job replacing pipes in our kitchen sink. He is efficient, skilled, and very professional. We have more work to do on this 1956 home and there is no question that we will be calling Gene Johnson and their incredible people to get it done.
Big thanks to Richard at Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating for the quick and knowledgeable tankless hot water heater service. Richard was on-time and courteous and gave us an honest assessment of the possible problems with our hot water heater and the most likely issue.
